HISTORY
Three decades serving firefighters, built on a simple premise:
Shur Sales was founded by Craig Shur and Ken Bush on a simple premise: build a manufacturers representative firm rooted in integrity, grit, and an unwavering commitment to the first responder community. Craig launched the industrial division in 1992; Ken added the fire division in 1996. When Craig retired in January 2025 and the industrial business separated, Shur Sales became fully focused on equipping firefighters and first responders with the most trusted tools and gear in the industry.
Today, under Ken Bush’s leadership, we proudly represent premier brands including 3M Scott SCBA, Lion PPE, Elkhart Brass, Seek Thermal, Circul-Air and Streamlight. We’re not distributors, we’re strategic partners, working directly with manufacturers, distributors, and end-users to get lifesaving products to the front lines.
What sets us apart isn’t just the lines we carry, but how we operate: advocates for the customer, force multipliers for our manufacturers, and trusted allies to our distribution partners, guided by the honesty, accountability, and results Craig and Ken built the company on.
