Courtney has been intertwined with Shur-Sales from the very beginning, as she is the daughter of Craig Shur, the company's co-founder alongside Ken Bush. The legacy of her family's business has been a constant presence throughout her life, instilling in her a deep sense of connection and pride. Courtney pursued her passion for healthcare by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University. Her dedication to acquiring knowledge and honing her skills laid a strong foundation for her future career in nursing.
Courtney has been working as a Registered Nurse for over five years. Her career began in the demanding environment of bedside care, where she served on the Orthopedic and Medical-Surgical Unit at Park City Hospital. She later expanded her expertise by working as an RN in a clinic setting, further diversifying her skills and understanding of patient needs.
For the past three years, Courtney has specialized as a concierge IV therapy Nurse. Her role
as Nurse Manager allows her to oversee operations, ensuring that every procedure is executed with precision and care. Her commitment to excellence has made her an integral part of the team, where she seamlessly guides each project from conception to completion.Outside of her professional achievements, Courtney cherishes her time with her family. She is happily married to Reese, and together they are raising their two-year-old son, Shepherd.
