Chris Sleigher

Chris Sleigher has been a firefighter since 1999, serving with the City of Mesa Fire and Medical Department for over twenty years. Chris has been a firefighter, engineer, and has been a captain for thirteen years. Assigned to both engine companies and heavy rescues, he currently rides on E210. Chris is a level II instructor and is a lead instructor for Arizona State Fire School. Captain Sleigher travels throughout the state of Arizona and around the country teaching for Fire by Trade and is president of the local FOOLS chapter and Arizona Firenuggets.com, a 501c3 non-profit training by firefighters for firefighters. Chris believes in dedication to the job and emphasizes leadership and training.
